From 2017, Esteban has inspired me to effectively develop my work for English Language students. His no-nonsense personal coaching, spirituality and emotional intelligence workshops provoke within me both a sense of well-being and the determination to move forward creatively in my life.

Esteban is personable, humorous, friendly and encouraging. He brings this positive approach to his language workshops and video productions, which as a freelance tutor I am delighted to be part of. From June 2019, I am working with Esteban at Hola People/QLU Project as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Esteban has been more than only a boss and always taught me new things related to the topics.

By setting goals and revising them every month, we were able to focus on my personal development and how to use them efficiently at work. Esteban is not only a very ingenious entrepreneur, but also a very kind and intelligent human being. As a manager, he creates a calm and productive atmosphere, ensuring that all team members feel valued and appreciated. His solution-focused approach to any issues which arise means that they tend to be dealt with before they even become problems.

Having collaborated with Esteban in a number of dynamics (as a team member-managed by him, as a client of his, as well as Esteban, being a client of mine and in equal collaborations), I have observed that he adapts to different circumstances and environments very easily and seemingly effortlessly, although it is also evident that he does so conscious of changes in interpersonal or group dynamics.

My internship was an adventure which I will carry on for the rest of my life. Esteban was such a nice tutor/supervisor and he taught me more than I would have thought. Working with Esteban was amazing. He always helped me through my decisions and to develop my skills and personality even better.

During my internship, I recognized how amazing it could be to live abroad, doing the thing that you love, with people who are willing to help you with your work- and personal skills. He even let me organize a day trip to Yorkshire Dales National Park. Esteban was zo easy-going and friendly, he made my internship abroad as an experience that I won’t forget.

I have been Esteban’s intern for 6 weeks, working on both audiovisual contents for QLU project and Hola People. Even though every experience is useful, this one was special because Esteban gave me a lot of freedom when it came to creating new videos or graphics for the company, he let me use and develop my creative mind, my marketing ideas, and he was always here to give me helpful advice, discussing my creations and working together.

His ability to trust his interns while managing them is the key to progress and I think it highlights his coaching skills that he tries to convey through his courses.

I have met Esteban during the summer of 2018 when I was interning with his company Hola People. Over the course of one month, while I was in Liverpool, Esteban proved to be not only an amazing manager but also a great teacher. He is incredibly inventive and is always trying to come up with new and different ideas to improve himself, his company and the entire world.

Despite my relatively little knowledge of the field at that time, he was always very patient and offered to teach me everything I had to know. I will forever be grateful for Esteban’s help and for the impact he had in helping me discover new passions.

During two months I have been Esteban’s intern working for both Hola People and QLU and it has helped me in obtaining various skills. Whether it was designing, communicating, marketing or content creation, Esteban was always available to help and make sure that I progressed in these elements.

By setting certain goals at the beginning of the internship, we could focus on what I wanted to work on. In addition to the professional side, Esteban has coaching skills which are useful on a personal level, he is always ready to give you helpful advice.

I had a wonderful time at Hola People during my internship! Esteban is inspiring and made me see my life differently. I went to his chakra courses, the language exchange and to the Salsa/Bachata, all of them were great events.

Thanks to my internship I got to know the company, I would recommend it to everyone who wants to improve his life.

I was working for Esteban during 5 months as an intern, it was a great opportunity to discover Liverpool and improve language and IT skills. Esteban is always very organised, he has a very long calendar with a lot of tasks what you can help with. At the same time, you will learn about many things, due to his different profiles like Hola People or IsHappening, both of them very helpful.

Well, one of the things that I found revealing was this idea of the higher self and us examining things from a higher level and a higher plane and that each of us has this potential in us, in fact, that we can be the higher self if we can only work at it.

It has just all been absolutely fascinating, right from the very beginning. It has been fun, it has been entertaining, we have had our homework to do, we have been totally involved with what we have been doing, I would say it would be an excellent course to do.

Thank you for this very interesting course, it’s been very varied, each week there has been something new by way of exercises, roleplay and so on, which keeps our interest and there has also been a sense of oneness between us. I remember last week particularly, none of us seemed to want to go, after the session. So thank you, I would recommend this to anyone, it has been a most interesting course, varied in every way.

I found the Emotional Intelligence course beautifully illustrated, constructed and presented in a way which made it very easy to learn and participate. The core principle of the course for me was to control one’s emotions to express oneself more positively, set attainable targets which once reached set even higher ones.
